Office of Education and Infrastructure The Office of Education and Infrastructure has responsibility for developing and analyzing the portions of the Executive Budget related to education, economic development, and transportation issues. These budgets include the School Aid budget for K-12, and the budgets for state universities, community colleges and financial aid. The budgets for which this Office is responsible also include those for the Department of Education, the Department of History Arts, and Libraries, the Department of Labor and Economic Growth, and the Department of Transportation.
