How do I learn more about Assaultive Offender Programming?

The names of individuals with a recommendation to participate in assaultive offender programming are maintained on a statewide tracking/waiting list ordered by potential earliest release date (ERD). When an individual's name nears the top of the list, he is placed in a group when a new group starts. He may be transferred to a different facility to get group or remain at the current facility. Every effort is made to get individuals into group as soon as possible so that they might finish prior to their ERD. Completion of group does not guarantee positive Parole Board actions. Assualtive offender programming is offered to custody Level I and Level II prisoners.  It is available at all facilities housing Level I and Level II prisoners and at Camp Lehman.
