The Environmental Science and Services Division (ESSD) has field staff located at several district offices throughout the state. Refer to the map below for information on how to contact a staff-person in your area.
The ESSD field staff are available to provide pollution prevention (P2) assistance at each of the DEQ district offices. They meet with the public, local governments, businesses, DEQ district staff and environmental organizations to provide assistance in the programs offered by the ESSD. Field Staff work with county public health and environmental departments to promote P2 and environmental incentive programs and services. They are also available to provide compliance assistance and to work with district office regulatory program staff to integrate P2 into air, waste, and water programs.
