The Safe Delivery Response and Resource Handbook is designed to provide law enforcement, hospitals, fire departments, and paramedics and emergency medical technicians responding to 9-1-1 calls (emergency service providers) with the tools and information necessary to ensure a successful surrender under the Safe Delivery of Newborns law.
