The Grand Rapids Home for Veterans has four full-time physicians under the direction of a medical director. Available clinical services available on-campus include: dental, podiatry, urology,  ophthalmology, plastic surgery, gynecologic, wound, pain management, general surgery, and orthopedic surgery.

There is daily follow-up with nursing staff on member's condition and physician attendance at care conferences. Our physicians maintain a lose working relationship with members and their families.

There is 24-hour on-call physician coverage.
