- Amends MBT, 40% - 42% Credit for production companies.
PA 78 OF 2008 - Phases out existing motion picture credit. PA 122 OF 1941 - Amends PA 122 of 1941, Avoids an amendment by reference. PA 79 OF 2008 - Amends the Income Tax Act, Allows production company to claim the 40% - 42% credit against income tax. PA 86 OF 2008 - Amends MBT, Tax credit for investment in film production infrastructure. PA 87 OF 2008 - Amends MEGA Act, Extends MEGA credits to production companies. PA 80 OF 2008 (THIS BILL IS NOT YET MONETIZED) - Allows for MSF loans for qualified film industry productions. PA 74 OF 2008 - Amends MSF Act, Worker job training tax credit. PA 75 OF 2008 - Amend MSF Act, Enhance MFO and transfer to the MSF. PA 76 OF 2008 - Amends Management and Budget Act, Free use of state property. PA 81 OF 2008 - Amends MI Military Act, Free use of state property. PA 82 OF 2008 - Amends NREPA, Free use of state property. PA 83 OF 2008 - Amends PA 286 of 1964, Free use of state property. PA 84 OF 2008 - Free use of state property. PA 85 OF 2008 - Amends HAL Act, Changes HAL act to reflect the transfer of the MFO.
