As a benefit of your retirement from the State of Michigan, eligible defined benefit retirees receive exclusive discounts from thousands of local and national vendors through Perkline.

Once you receive your Discount Code, you will have instant access to the entire program. And remember, it's completely FREE. Also, you may register to receive the monthly PerkAlert to your home email address and be informed of any new and limited time offers available exclusively to you as a Perkline member.

Your Discount Code will remain active until June 1, 2010. Additional information about continuing in the Discount Plan after June 1, 2010 will be provided by Benefits for Life prior to your code expiring.

After your registration, visit the Perkline website regularly as new offers are added and updated often.

To participate in the discount plan, use of the Internet is required. Once you log on with your code, you will be able to take advantage of the following features:

• Use the search feature to find your favorite vendors

You may only sign up for the Discount Plan during the Benefits for Life open enrollment period, for eligible defined benefit retirees.
