MSI is proud to present our ITBs on-line for your convenience. To view details of each ITB and access the links for downloading, select from the links listed below.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS: Without exception, the deadline for all bids to be received in MSI Purchasing is 2:00 p.m.
Invitation to Bid (ITB) addenda will be posted as they are issued. Bidders must access all addenda prior to submitting a bid. (download the ITB document and ALL attachments).
Solicitations may have attachments associated with them that cannot be posted with the ITB. Many of these allow bidders to download pricing spreadsheets electronically, which saves time for both bidders and those evaluating the bids.
Attachments in a format other than pdf will be posted under the ITB links below.
You must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader to download and view the ITBs. You may download the free Reader at the Adobe Web site.
PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE FOR BIDS OVER $50,000.00, BUT UNDER $1,000,000.00. FOR THOSE BIDS OVER $1,000,000.00, PLEASE SEE THE DMB WEBSITE @ www.michigan.gov/doingbusiness.
