PLUS office Locations

Secretary of State Terri Lynn Land created PLUS offices after listening to customers and employees while visiting every branch office across the state.  Michigan's PLUS offices are part of Land's initiative to modernize branch office operations so that customers can receive greater conveniences and service options.

PLUS office benefits include:

  • Discover and MasterCard accepted at the counter
  • Self-service option
    - Renew registrations (PIN required) at a Self-Service Station
    - Pay with Visa, MasterCard or Discover
    - Instant service - leave with license plate tabs in hand
  • Expanded Wednesday hours - 9 a.m. to 7 pm
  • Customer service specialists trained and available when needed
    - Help expedite your visit
    - Check if you have the right documents to complete your business
  • Ability to buy your driving record
  • Additional staff
  • Instant titles - same day service!
  • A designated area to accommodate auto dealers, which shortens the waiting time for other customers.
